Consent to receive promotional and informational messages

In accordance with Federal Law No. 38-FZ of 13.03.2006 "On Advertising," Federal Law No. 126-FZ of 07.07.2003 "On Communications," Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data," I hereby give my consent (hereinafter referred to as the consent) to Joint Stock Company "R7" (AO "R7"), Primary State Registration Number 1025202837615, INN 5259019343, legal entity address: 603152, Nizhny Novgorod Region, city of Nizhny Novgorod, Larina Street, building 22D, room 26 (hereinafter referred to as R7):

—  to the sending to me, at the phone number I have provided on the websites https://r7-office.ru/en/ and/or https://r7.ru/ and/or https://r7.ru/events and/or other subpages of the websites https://r7-office.ru/en/ and/or https://r7.ru/ (hereinafter collectively – the Websites), of:

  • informational and service messages (mailings) that are necessary for the performance of the agreement concluded with me, the performance of R7's obligations, participation in events for which I have registered, the provision of goods or services I have ordered, the processing of my request, notification of changes to the terms of purchase/use of a product/provision of a service, or other messages that are not advertising;
  • advertising messages (mailings) about goods, works, services (services), software, events, promotions, discounts, special offers, new products, and other offers of R7;
  • and the making of outbound calls for the purpose of distributing advertising, conducting marketing and other surveys, evaluating products and R7 events I have attended, and other marketing communications;
  • via the following communication channels: SMS messages and telephone calls;

and (or)

  • to the sending to me, at the email address I have provided on the Websites, of advertising messages (mailings) about goods, works, services (services), software, events, promotions, discounts, special offers, new products, and other offers of R7;

via the following communication channels: emails.

I am informed that this consent is not required for sending me informational and service messages (mailings) to my email that are necessary for the performance of the agreement concluded with me, the performance of R7's obligations, participation in an event for which I have registered, the provision of goods or services I have ordered, the processing of my requests, notification of changes to the terms of purchase/use of a product/provision of a service, or other messages that are not advertising.

Hereinafter in the text of this consent, informational and service messages (mailings), advertising messages (mailings), and telephone calls are collectively referred to as "advertising and informational messages".

For the organization and implementation of the sending of advertising and informational messages, R7 is entitled to engage third parties, including operators of email services, SMS mailings, telephone communications, CRM, CDP, and other information systems used by R7 for the organization of advertising and informational communications.
The sending of advertising and informational messages is carried out on behalf of and at the instruction of R7. The third parties engaged by R7 carry out technical actions for the organization and delivery of advertising and informational messages exclusively to the extent and for the purposes necessary for the organization and implementation of the corresponding mailing/calls, and do not acquire an independent right to use the provided contact data for their own informational or advertising purposes. 

I give my consent to R7 for the processing of the following list of my personal data in addition to my Consent to the Processing of Personal Data: https://r7-office.ru/en/about/personal_data_agreement/: surname, first name, patronymic, email address and (or) phone number (depending on the communication channels I have selected) for the purposes of sending me and carrying out informational and service messages (mailings) and advertising messages (mailings) and (or) telephone calls. I have read and agree with the list of actions with my personal data to which consent is given, the means and terms of their processing specified in the text of the Consent to the Processing of Personal Data: https://r7-office.ru/en/about/personal_data_agreement/.

I am informed that the provision of this consent is not a mandatory condition for the use of any of R7's Websites, unless otherwise expressly provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation or the terms of purchase of the corresponding goods/services of R7.

I confirm that I am aware that at any time during the entire term of this consent I have the right to withdraw this consent at any time in full or in respect of individual communication channels.
Withdrawal of consent may be carried out:

  • by clicking the corresponding unsubscribe link contained in the email;
  • by sending a request to the email address: marketing@r7-office.ru;
  • by any other method provided by R7 for the corresponding communication channel.

After receiving the withdrawal, R7 ceases sending informational and service messages and (or) advertising messages via the corresponding communication channel within a reasonable period necessary for processing the withdrawal and updating the technical mailing systems, except in cases where the message is sent on another lawful basis and such message is not advertising.
I am also informed that if I have any questions regarding the receipt of advertising and informational messages or refusal to receive them, I may seek assistance by sending a letter to R7 at the email address: marketing@r7-office.ru. 

I agree that the text of the consent given by me of my own free will and in my interests is stored in electronic form at R7 and confirms the fact of consent to the processing of the data I have specified in accordance with the provisions of this document, the Policy on the Processing of Personal Data at AO "R7": https://r7-office.ru/en/about/personal_data_processing_policy/, the Consent to the Processing of Personal Data: https://r7-office.ru/en/about/personal_data_agreement/, and I take responsibility for their accuracy.

This consent is provided by my performing actions to place a mark "✓" or "x" on the consent blocks (checkboxes) on the corresponding Website in the electronic form field. R7 records the fact of providing consent, the date and time of its provision, the source (page) of providing consent, the contact data I have specified, and the communication channels selected for receiving advertising and informational messages, which constitutes a sufficient form of consent and allows R7 to confirm the fact of receiving my consent to mailings. The date and time of providing consent, the selected communication channels, and other information recorded by R7's information systems may be used by R7 to confirm the fact of receiving this consent and to comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

This consent is valid until its withdrawal.
