Organizer PRO works via the native Exchange Web Services (EWS) protocol, so messages, attachments, statuses, flags, calendars, and contacts are migrated accurately and without data loss.
Employees keep working the way they’re used to — the R7 mail client replicates familiar Exchange workflows and requires no retraining.
An employee can open a delegated mailbox for a colleague. Access is governed by permission levels: read, send, manage folders, and work with the calendar.
Delegation works the same way as in Outlook, enabling secure distribution of responsibilities and uninterrupted workflows without switching between accounts.
Data is converted to the MBOX format used in R7’s infrastructure, preserving folder structure, emails, attachments, and conversation history.
This allows organizations to migrate to a domestic mail system without data loss or a complex, time-consuming migration process.
The calendar in the advanced mail edition displays participants’ availability, free time slots, overlaps, and conflicts.
The organizer can see who has accepted, who has declined, and who has not yet responded. This simplifies scheduling both internal and external meetings and speeds up the approval process.
Events can be updated, forwarded, and equipped with attachments and notifications. Multiple calendars per user are supported, along with shared access, color coding, and flexible editing permissions.
All changes sync via EWS, including attachments and event comments.
The familiar interface follows the logic of popular mail services: folders, message list, and key actions are all where you’d expect them. The web client opens in a browser with no installation required, and the Desktop application maintains the same layout and visual patterns.
Employees get up to speed quickly and switch between devices with ease. Mobile apps and support for standard mail clients ensure reliable access to email in any environment.
IMAP, SMTP, POP3, CalDAV, CardDAV, LDAP, and iCal ensure reliable synchronization of email, calendars, and contacts in any infrastructure.
Rules that automatically sort messages into folders, assign categories, and reduce information overload. Important messages are highlighted with labels and pinned to the list.

Corporate signatures are applied automatically. Auto-replies and rule-based forwarding help keep processes running smoothly without manual work.
Users can see whether a recipient has read an email and can flag messages as important. This helps you keep track of key threads and prioritize your work.
The built-in calendar helps create events, schedule meetings, and view your agenda in convenient layouts.
Guest invitations with RSVP responses and shared calendar access are supported.

Organizer PRO supports data migration via Exchange Web Services, delegated mailboxes, advanced calendar management, availability view, and PST archive import.
This solution is designed for organizations currently using Outlook that want to switch to a domestic alternative.
There are two ways:
1.Synchronization via Exchange Web Services (EWS). Perfect for a gradual migration. Mailboxes, messages, calendars, and contacts sync directly with the Exchange server. You can migrate incrementally without any downtime — users keep working while their data is pulled into R7.
2.Outlook archive import (PST). Perfect for a complete history transfer. Upload PST archives and the system migrates messages, attachments, and folder structure to MBOX format with no data loss. Perfect for archives, closed mailboxes, or the final stage of migration.
